To ensure availability, please book your services in advance, as outlined in our pet care policies. Payment is required at the time of booking, or upon completion for recurring clients. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee, as outlined in our pet care policies. However, cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee equal to 50–100% of the scheduled service. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and free of contagious conditions, in accordance with our pet care policies. In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately as outlined in our pet care policies. If you are unreachable, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.
